The Mobile W.A.T.E.R. (Working Alternatives Towards Efficient Resource Use) Learning Lab was designed and constructed by Watershed Progressive for use by the Land Resilience Partnership in its outreach and educational demonstrations. Its programmatic and ad hoc use has reached thousands of Tuolumne County residents, and has been showcased at numerous stormwater and water conservation conferences.
